Gembrook Hill Blanc de Blancs 2013

Pale straw in colour, flinty dry on the palate with a super fine bead, this 100% chardonnay sparkling has power but elegance. 6 years spent on yeast lees delivers complexity & weight. Think nougat, almond meal & lemon zest. Great line and length really fresh, fine and elegant, with depths of flavour.
